hey im 15 and will be 16 in Jan. I am currently around 5'3 and a bit. My mum is only 5' and my dad is 5'4. I would like to be about 5'5 and I have heard that eating lots of protein will help me grow taller. Is it possible that if i start increasing my protein intake now that I will grow to be this tall, or does the fact both my parents are quite short mean I've probably stopped growing? I also wanted to know what food/drinks contain the most protein.
Also, this may sound a little odd but I have absolutely nothing up top and I'm extremely flat chested, I didnt know if certain foods or drinks contain something which would make my upper half that little bit bigger? thanks very much

I am no nutritionist
i know for myself i stopped growing at 16. (when i started smoking cigarettes) and some how i grew a whole inch at the age of 22. (shouldn't happen, but it did) i quit smoking and started working out.
you should make sure you get enough nutriants of all types. not just protien if you want to ensure you have the best chance of growing taller. and be active !! i found that increasing water and vegitables aided me in gaining muscle . way more help then just eating 1 more steak. if you eat 1 gram of protien for every lb you weight you are getting PLENTY. you should be fine with like .75 grams of protien per pound of body weight.
Are you getting enough Saturated animal fats ?
try to go organic too. no telling how all those extra chemicals may be affecting you
