Is there something I can use to smoothe out my skin from minor acne scars and to remove blotches from the sun, birth control pills and pregnancy, without having a chemical peel?

exfoliating with a scrub like st. ives appricot can help reduce the apperance... it's not going to make it invisible but especially for acne scars like oversized pores it helps alot

I would never go with the Saint Ives! Apricot shells are very damaging to pores, instead try a at home microdermabrasion kit like I Skin Mircrodermabrasion system found at sally's beauty.

They all are abrasive to the skin in some way or other that is exfoliating to remove dead skin cells and puff up the new skin. They are all good and I've use St Ives Apricot for so many years I can't remember and my skin is very young for my 55 yrs and that is from a dermatologist. If you have sensitive skin there are other products out there less abrasive yet effective over time. Sallys is good to but St Ives is better IMHO!
