Could anyone offer insight on the problem I have. I have a lump on my right foot aside of the last metarsul, I think the last, by the little toe. I have this for about 2 months, no pain even with shoes on. The dr. thinks it a cyst of some kind, possibly a metarsul, it is fleshy feeling. My 80 pound dog had jumped on my foot before this lump appeared. She wants me to see a orthropedic, I thought a podiatrist would be a better choice. Actually would prefer to see either.

I would recommend seeing a good qualified podiatrist, you can always get a second opinion from an orthopedic doc. Let us know what you find out.
