You both were so helpful with my last post about charting I thought I'd ask you one more thing, hopefully you can help.
I know just before AF comes I should notice my temp start dropping, but today I have the highest temperature as well as the highest jump at one time that I have ever had, and no reason to explain it. I am wondering if any of you should notice a peak right after implantation. I am wondering if maybe I could have just implanted very recently and this big jump is backing that up? Or is this common for a spike right before AF?
Here are my temps to date:
Oct 7th 36.25
Oct 8th 36.07 wettest discharge day clear egg white, think I started ovulating
Oct 9th 36.51 still wet
Oct 10th 36.27 may not be valid, woke up earlier, was at hotel not home, room temps may have been different
Oct 11th 36.54 still wet but decreasing
Oct 12th 36.61 dry
Oct 13th 36.50 dry
Oct 14th 36.60 dry
Oct 15th 36.61 dry
Oct 16th 36.60 dry
Oct 17th 36.56 dry
Oct 18th 36.56 dry
Oct 19th 36.72 dry
Thanks in advance!
P.S I have had some symptoms. But as with alot of pregnancy symptoms they can aways be PMS or be caused by other reasons. Right now, I have some occasional cramping, and occasionally if I turn I feel a pulling sensation in my belly. I think my areolas may be a bit darker. I have been irritable or lower patience threshold. I have sore BBs. I have an occasional stuffy nose, but not feeling any other sickness related symptoms...I had that with my first pregnancy. I have a redness area under my bra line along underside of breast...I had that with both previous pregnancies and was told in my first pregnancy it is sweat glands over stimulated by pregnancy hormones. I had noticed occasional constipation, as well as bloating and heartburn, which is abnormal for me.
Thanks again ladies, I appreciate your feedback! I haven't gotten the book yet, they had it out on loan at the library. If I do get a BFN I may buy it but because we plan on only having 2 kids (this would be the last one) it probably wouldn't be such a great investment to buy, so I'm waiting to borrow it from the library.

According to my sources when you have concieved your temp goes up by a couple of degrees and then remains up from then on, the symptoms you describe are good signs of pregnancy but like you say they could also be related to pms, if you had them with your last pregnancies but dont get them with pms then it could be a good sign, when is af due and when do you intend to do a test?
I do hope you are well (other than these symptoms) and keep us updated on any other symptoms etc.
:) Sprinklings of baby dust too you, and LOTS of it
Love sammie xxx

Thanks Sammie, I'm keeping my fingers crossed, my temp dropped a bit today but is still in my post ovulation range. I am due for AF either tomorrow (if I am back to my regular cycle since August's miscarriage) and as late as Monday if I'm the same as last month. I want to test Saturday or Sunday again. I have had tingly BB's over the last day or 2, feels like light pins and needles. And I just ate lunch not even 2 hours ago and I am starving again, I was like that when I was pregnant with Kierra. I found a site that had sample charts and alot of pregnant ones were very similiar to mine, but I did see some that still had BFN's that were similiar too. I'm trying to not get too excited. I am pretty weird too emotion wise...I mean WEIRD! Lastnight I almost started crying when I got on the boards because noone replied to my temps post...that is NOT like me at all, I almost started crying when I was looking at all the positive pregnancy charts, AND I almost started crying when I was thinking about my friend and her new baby....I swear I am not like that under normal circumstances...not even for PMS reasons! Well, thanks again, I will keep you posted. Blow some baby dust this way please:)

Ok for me I do my temps in F not C degrees so I cant tell you much by your temps, also prefer looking at them on a chart. I can tell you I still have the chart in which my second son was conceived with. I had no signs but of course I had no signs with my first pregnancy so I dont really count on signs to tell if I might be pregnant or not.
I had no spike in temp when the egg implanted. The temps stayed pretty much steady. I should also say at the time I didnt know the trick of waiting for 18 days of high temps. DH and I were moving in to a house on base and it was very hectic. The only thing out of norm for me is I had laryngitis and a bad case of it at that. That day of the move I had this overwhelming urge to do a pregnancy test. I had an old HPT sitting in a box and took it. I saw two lines and couldnt believe it. Dh refused to believe it becuase we had prblems in the past with urine tests being wrong. So I took off to the base clinic for a blood test. Two hours later we found out we were indeed pregnant I was barely pregnant at that, barely 2 weeks along(from conception). We know when I O'ed thanks to charting and hence knew about when conception occurred. Soon after the laryngitis was gone...but when I looked over my chart a few days later I have a thought that it might have been tied inot the pregnancy. I had it from the time I O'ed to the a few days after I found out I was pregnant.

So dont read too much into the common signs. I know that is hard but truly they arent that great for predicting pregnancy. I know I sound jaded,I guess I am since I have been through the wringer when it comes to TTC. I would just wait it out to see what your temps do.

Thanks Blastoff, I hear what you are saying. I think seeing all the charts with the BFN's despite having temps like mine has kept me level headed, but I still can't help but think maybe...Thanks for your help. I'll keep you guys updated.
