Hey everybody! Has anyone actually used a cellulite cream that works? I eat right(most of the time!) and work out, but the cellulite just won't go away. I want liposuction, but cannot afford it right now. Help me out, ladies!

I've never tried any of them because I've always read/heard that they're a waste of money. Wish I had more positive news for you!

Take care!

Yeah, I'd like to hear from someone that has actually tried some of this stuff. I've also read that it doesn't work, but I still want to hear it for myself. Because, I've also read that it does work. Maybe I should just try it myself! :D

I've tried all the creams, "brushing systems" and even the orals, like Cellecene. Don't waste your money. Not a single one works. I eat right, I drink 2 liters of water a day, I exercise faithfully but it's there and gets worse. Whoever finds the answer to this is going to strike a goldmine. Anybody have any other ideas?

My latest is that I noticed a little bit on my right upper arm and completely flipped out. Anybody else have anything like that?

Yes, i have a little, but when i lift weights (work on the triceps most) it gets better because it gets stretched out due to muscle growth (i think).

I wish I could give you some better news, but NOTHING WORKS. I have tried it all. Exercise and losing weight will help a little, but the evil cellulite monster is stubborn and doesn't like to go away. In Paula Begoun's Beauty Bible she lists the 10 (plus 5)commandments of beauty. Number 10 is "Thou Shalt Not Buy a Cellulite Cream"! LOL! I've even used one of those nubby wooden massagers--but to no avail. Just keep your fingers crossed that something comes out soon. It seems so ridiculous that cellulite eludes even the most skilled plastic surgeons. I mean it's just lumps of fat, right?

I d say all brand names work approximately the same .These creams dont perform miracles ,just as facial creams dont erase the time.I think the intense application should be more than 15 days or a month to get some results .Body wrap -algae ,seaweed fungi (guam etc),from serious companies is also very nice .
It would be interesting ,if someone had the ENDERMOLOGIE experience to share it with us .

Something else I forgot ,please dont call me names :),the cellulite in my body became negligible ,the most unhealthy period (regarding diet ,exercise etc)in my life .It was when there was strict calorie restriction and without intention significant loss of weight .When I became underweight for a while .

Unfortunately hun, some of us are genetically predisposed to store fat in that manner. :(

I'd encourage you not to buy into the hype. It's a multi-million dollar business because they feed on the insecurities we all have.

I recently read something about how cellulite behaves similarly to ordinary fat cells in that they can be shrunk (but never eliminated) via diet and exercise (create a calorie deficit by watching your diet, and exercise to assist that as well as get into shape and define underlying muscle -- not to mention help you feel better about your body in general).

But cellulite can not be smoothed out nor eradicated on a surface level permanently. Vigorous massage may provide a temporarily smoother appearance, but it really isn't addressing the actual problem.

I've been massaging my thighs and this seems to do best. With those creams, it's the massaging action that does the work, NOT the cream. Get some good old fashion Baby Lotion and rub them girls every day for about 15 - 25 minutes. If you work out with weights and stuff you're not going to get anywhere on 5 minutes a day so the same applies with cellulite.

I know there's going to be a lot of disbelief here but I swear I'm telling the truth. I ordered some stuff from CCB-Paris and it worked. By the time the bottle was empty I had lost an inch from my thighs and a little over an inch on my arms. The cellulite was smoothed out and the "bumps" we're almost unnoticable. The stuff is called "Lipo Defense" and it's pretty expensive at $25.00 for a 6.76 fl oz. bottle but it works really good. My sister used the "Toning and Firming Gel" and it worked great also.

Check out their website and order a catolog. Everything in their first catalog is half priced and you get a free gift of your choice for ordering just one thing. And they have a guarantee that if you don't like the results you can send the empty container back for a full refund no questions asked. Don't order the gel for you tummy. It doesn't work. That's how I know that their guarantee is true.

Order their catalog and just look through it. They've got great make up and everything at great prices. I can't give you their website but just search for CCB-Paris.

cardio workouts are the only thing that may help and toning the thigh and butt area.

I'm suggesting you to buy Vichy anticelulite cream. Is the best I've ever used. You'll see it will work for you, too. I'm a registered pharmacist, and we do have this cream in our pharmacie, so I can tell you that every woman that has used this cream has wonderfull results and she is getting back to buy some more (it should be used 1-2times a day, for 1 month at least, several times a year for best results). Vichy is made by Franch pharmacists and you can find it in almost every pharmacy in Europe, but maybe they do export it in other countries worldwide.

I use a wooden pegged massager with St. Ives apricot scub and massage with dep amall circles then apply Jergens skin firming lotion. I exercise e/o day and eat a low salt no caffine diet. After 3 mos. of this and not looking an the mirror, i finally inspected my problem ares and found NO cellulite! Honest- not even when I cross my legs or pinch. I didn't loose much weight but gained muscle tone. All this in combination did the job.

Being a woman is certainly not easy. Next time, I'll come back as a cat.

I've heard that endermology was the only way to get rid of cellulite, but it only lasted for a few months and you'd have to go get it again. So I asked my plastic surgeon about it because if I were to do it it'd be once a year for the summer b/c thats the only time anyone see's my butt cheeks lol! So anyways she told me it doesn't work, it's a waste of money. She said to just massage my thighs hard, everyday. So I've been using Avon's Cellusculpt and I massage hard while rubbing in the lotion. I've seen a small improvement. I also eat a low cal, low fat diet, and drink tons of water a day.

I'm doing the CRT system from T-tapp. It is dry skin brushing in a sequence to break up the clumps and pump them out with help you eliminate the cellulite by way of your lymphatics. Been doing it for 2 months and there's a one inch decrease in each thigh. The skin is getting smoother and these saddlebags are not sticking out near as bad as they were. Add to this I also bought Lipoderm and am using it. Can really see a difference!! I wish I could send a link to the pics I've been taking to track the progress. You can let me know, alreadymadetoomanynames at yahoo. My sis is doing this, too, and has lost an inch herself.
