Hi. I've decided to try fish oil supplements for anxiety/depression. I've been reading alot about people exceeding the dosage of fish oil for beneficial reasons to help anxiety/depression.

My question is, how much should I take??? There are so many different brands of fish oil, different mg, different EPA/DHA content UGGGGGGGG I'm confused!

I bought Rexall's high potency fish oil. 1200 mg with a DHA of 144 mg and EPA of 216mg. It states to take 3 capsules/day. So I guess that would mean I would be taking 3600 mg/ day if I followed the dosage on the bottle.

I'm just confused if 3 caps / day is enough at 1200mg??? There were so many different brands to choose from.
