For last few days, I have a red skin around my cheek bones and small raise pimple type that itches.

Also deep skin face, is this HIV indication ?? Or what can it be ?

I am scared.

Does skin rash on face always indicate low immune system ?

There are so many things that can cause a rash. Irritation from new skin care products, allergies, dry skin irritation even new medicines can cause rashes. A hyrdocortisone cream will most likely get rid of it. If not you should see a doctor. IMO what you describe sounds a little like Rosacea, which is a skin disorder related to allergies. If you feel you are at risk for HIV, you should get tested for your peace of mind.

I actually went to a workshop on skin rashes. There are hundreds of reasons a rash can develop. I would try some overthe counter cortisone cream. If you see no improvement in three days, call your doctor.

You are jumping to crazy conclusions. Unless you are in a high risk group (using IV drugs, having unprotected homsexual sex, etc.) HIV would be the last thing you should worry about.

There are a million skin rashes out there. Try the cortizone cream, and if that doesn't clear it up, go see a dermatologist. I'm sure it is nothing -just unsightly.
