I just wanted to check in and see how you are doing. I am doing well. Toe feels pretty good. However, the rain here in sunny Cal. has not been well. I think that my toe is better than any weatherman. :) I am still deciding about having the hardware removed in my foot. I am trying to gather as many opinions as I can. If I decide to do it, I want to do it sooner rather than later.

Glad to hear that you are doing well. I understand what you mean by your toe being better than any weatherman, other than the weather occasionally causing my foot to ache, things are going well. Last weekend I shocked my kids by being able to chase them through the house and actually catching them - Mom is not helpless anymore.

I can't give you an opinion on the hardware question since I ended up not needing any. Is it bothering you, or is it just the thought that you have it? I am sure you are getting a nice range of opinions.
