Truthfully I want to know this as well! I am on the same meds as you. I still have my up days and I still have my down days. One thing I have noticed is I am tired all the time! I want to sleep sleep sleep!!!!! :rolleyes: I told my doctor that I have no motivation and am tired and he really did not have much to say just wrote it down. LOVELY! I have had to inceas the depokote because I had the worst manic attack last weekend ever. Good luck to you and me as well!
