My little sister was thinking about piercing her nipples. She's got her heart set on it, but the thing is she's 16 and not old enough to go to a piercer. She wants to do it herself!! Is there any advice I can offer her as to how to make this the safest thing possible? I've tried talking her out of it, but she's really dedicated. I know she'll do it, she pierced her own nose. Anyone have any advice??
