I was at the health food store the other day and the lady said that everyone should be taking these vitamins. She said they are even great for kids, helps them concentrate. Does anyone have any more information about them? Whats a good brand?

Omega-3 and omega-6 are both important in promoting heart, cellular and metabolic health. Omega-9 helps the body"s immune system response.
You can find some brands combine these polyunsaturated fatty acids with borage and flaxseed. I take it in this combination for the anti-inflammitory effects.

You're right about the omegas being good for children, but I'd check on the dosage. Children are a lot small than adults. I don't worry about my son getting enough omegas, because he loves his broiled salmon and nuts.
