hi :) im new to this site, so i hope someone can help me.I discovered a lump & a discharge in my left breast, since ive had a hysterotomy due to endometrios at an early age (25) & on HRT my Dr was concerned & sent me for a ultrasound & mamogram. It showed 4 nodes in my left & 5 in my right breasts but the mamogram was clear,i was put on antibiotics and told they would settle down in time. After 2wks the pain was unbearable & my left breast was swollen causing my whole arm to ache.My Dr sent me to a surgeon and he repeated the scans this time i had 7 nodes in the left & 8 in the right still with discharge, he told me to take 1000mg of evening primrose oil,1000mg of vitamin e & 1000mg of vitamin b as they a good for your breasts. After a week i was very ill from taking that many vitamins so i seen him again only this time he told me it was a horomone problem & that there was nothing to do but live with it!.I now have two swollen breast and a discharge that has been present for 9mths, i can not wear a bra or lay on either side im on 4hrly pain meds but im worried that maybe they missed something I dnt know what else to do.I dnt belive that this is a horomone problem as my hysterotomy was 8yrs ago & i have not had this problem for 8yrs!. I am in daliy pain & very worried as i was told that lymph nodes a the first sign of cancer. can anyone help!!

Hi everyone :)Thankyou to all who read my post, just thought i let you all know that this lymph node problem that has had me losing sleep due to stress & thinking it might be cancer has finally been worked out...
After seeing many doc's & tests(without any answers) i decided to stop taking my HRT (premarin) and within a week my breast's have settled down 98% and only give me trouble now a few days a month. I now have to find another form of HRT..Can anyone help with information on natural HRT as my Doc prefers me to return to premarin  ..After the problems it caused, i have to be nuts.

So anyone on natural HRT..I would love to hear your advice

thanks blue

I take cenestin. I have been on it now for 2 years with no problems. For years I took Depo Provera shots and had many problems.I have had very good luck with the cenestin.
