I have these symptoms since 4 years. I saw many specialists 3 ORL, neurologist, many blood tests, sinus x-ray, sinus and head scan, tyroid gland investigation, the only thing they found was a sinus irritation. They gave me Flonase 1 year ago everything went away. A few weeks ago it started again dizziness, sinus pain, headache, fatigue. I asked my doctor to give me another spay she gave me Nasonex my symptoms are a little better.
Any suggestions should I take something else someone told me to take Claritin D for my dizziness ...
I will be seeing a allergie specialist in a few weeks maybe I will finaly know if these symptoms are related to allergies.

I am starting to believe that many of sinus problems are not so much the cause of the dizziness, but the structure of the nose/sinus itself being the cause of the allergies/inflamation/dizziness. With a CTscan my ENT could not see that my septum was deviated, but that i had other sinus problems. Once he got in to fix the small/blocked sinus passages he saw that my septum was deviated and has fixed it. That was a week ago, and no I do not feel better and am still dizzy, but it is to early to tell. But, my ENT seems to think this is what leads to all the sinus issues being worse/dizziness/and inflamation. I'd get a good ENT to look at your CTscan's real close and see what they can see, and maybe see if they can do further endoscopic scan's to see i there is anything wrong.
