It is just herbs to regulate your menstural cycle. Mine can be a little off (but getting better) so I just wanted to try and make it as normal as possiable.

I just wandered, i have some vitex chaste berry (which is herbal, i think!) being delivered because i was on depo and havent had a period since coming off it in march, which i know isnt a long time, plus i wasnt very regular before having depo so i thought it may help. just thought it may be the same, let me know if it works.
Take care, sammie xx ;)

WOW. How long does AF normally take to come back? Did you know it would take this long for AF to be normal again when you started depo? I mean is it something they tell you before you start? hmmm. GOOD LUCK TO US.

Nope, i didnt realise that it could take up to 18months for af to return, i just went into my family planning clinic, told them i had pco's and they said the best thing for me would be Depo so i took their word for it, then when we decided to ttc they told me how long it could take and it was like someone was ripping out my heart, because we assumed it would only take a few months so now its like a waiting game, it really messes up your head and emotions, even DH was upset when we had a bfn and he took the evening off work to spend with me, which was sweet of him.

Anyhow enough babling, good luck to us all and baby dust all round.

Love sammie xx

No i was never told how long it would take for AF to return. up until this year i was adiment i wasnt having any kids so i was happy with the depo (cept the side effects wait gain, hair growth ). in the past it took 12 & 18 months for AF to return.
But my biological clock whent from 'still in the factory' to arrived and ticking, to exploding in a matter of days lol. so now i find it very frustraiting that i havent had AF since depo ran out in June. :(

I can't believe Dr.'s even prescribe depo. It sounds terrible. I pray all of you coming off of it will get back to normal asap! Why aren't there more options for men out there?! We are only fertile once a month, they are always fertile! Bronicagirl, I have to ask about your name, I own a Bronica camera and just wondering if there is any correlation?
Take care everyone and praying for peace and encouragement for everyone!

Wow, that's great! My sister is a professional photographer and I kind of dabble in it. Mine is also an etrsi. Kind of old. I take portraits for friends and family for now. Hope to get more involved someday. I took photo in 7th grade and was hooked. Can't believe that's been about 25 years ago! Right now I'm busy homeschooling my four boys and chasing after my 3 year old son. Take Care!
