I use liquid eyeliner, sometimes my eyes get watery b/c of the wind, which has been pretty strong lately where i live, then my eyeliner starts running, so is there any kind of liquid eyeliner that i can buy for a good reasonable price?

Hi Baby_bytes
I like the Clinique Water resistant eyeliner, it comes in dry form like eye shadow. All you need to do is put a drop of water on your palm and wet the brush a little and roll it in the eyeliner and apply. I have used all kinds of pencils and other pen liners but they all smudge. This doesn't. I do have watery eyes too due to alllergies and this works fine for me.

 My favorite is Maybelline waterproof liquid eyeliner. My eyes water when I go out walking and this not only is affordable, but works pretty good too!

I have to agree with 4everluvly....I love the Clinique eye liner!!! I've used it for years. No pulling and tugging on your eyes and it last and lasts.

Bobbi Brown does an excellent eye liner that's easy to apply with a fine brush. It's kind of waxy and comes in a little pot for about $18. Paula 'cosmeticscop' raves about it too. I never bothered with eye liner until I found this. I always found them too difficult to apply thinly or else they ran or chipped. Stila do a similar one, 'Smudge Pot'.
