I have read "Hope and Help from your Nerves" and "Peace from Nervous Suffering" both by Claire Weeks. They are more related to Health ANxiety which I have and they helped me a lot in understanding my illness. I am by no means cured, but I have a better understanding of it.

Most of the other books I have bought were garbage.

are we allowed to recommend books on this board?

I went to the library today and I got some books on
Anxiety. The one I'm reading now is wonderful. If anyone is familiar with the "Chicken Soup For The Soul" books and enjoy them this book is for you.
"Conquering Panic and Anxiety Disorder"- success stories,
strategies and other good news.
This book is by Jenna Glatzer. :)

I went to the library on monday and
I picked up a really good book.
"Conquering Panic and Anxiety Disorders"-

If any of you are familiar with the chicken soup for the soul books..where people tell their own stories...this book is for you. Not only are the stories told but a Dr. comments on all of the stories. I read this book in 2 days!! all 240 pages, a very interesting read. The back of the book has information on places to seek help and websites and more.

"Mind Over Mood" by Greenberger and Padesky.

This book works great for those suffering from depression or anxiety.
