Whos here finds when they are feeling abit of the anxiety kicking in there fingers go really stiff, sometimes it s the little finger, sometimes the thumb, sometimes all the fingers.

Anxiety manifests itself differently for every person. Some symptoms many of us share such as dizziness, chest pains, etc...but it is different for each person. I've never experienced my fingers being stiff, but sometimes they tingle. Anxiety seems to find different ways to minipulate a persons body so that they have more to worry about! Hope your fingers feel better... ;-)
