Hi, First timer here. Great information and so much of it. This site must help thousands of people everyday.

Although there is so much advice, I'm still struggling to find someone that is going through / been through the same episode as me.

I've been getting regular outbreaks ( three or 4 times a year ) for about 3 years now, but after my latest outbreak ( a small cluster of about 3 or 4 small blisters on the shaft of my penis ) a have a red scar. no inflamation soreness or anything, just literally a small, red, distinctive scar. It's been there for about 6 weeks now and is begining to knock my confidence as a single guy.

Any fellas out there had the same fate ??
