How can I tell if I have food allergies??? Can a doctor do this test??? I noticed that when I drink alcohol my sinuses clogged and I CAN'T breath at all. I think the same happens with orange juice. I wonder if my sinuses problem is somwhat caused by food allergies.... how can I get an answer to what I'm allergic to??? I went to the allergist last year and she did the allergy test but no foods were included. Does a food allergy test exist?

An allergist can do the food allergy test for you but in the case for food allergy, it is usually not very accurate. For food allergy, as what I know, usually cause big problems like, swellings of the lips(parts that came in contact with the food), anaphylaxis which includes swelling of the airways causing the person to have difficulty breathing, low bp... sometimes just rashes only.
Could you breathe thru your mouth when your nose was clogged up? Alcohol is a mast cell degranulator and can cause histamines to build up in your system. How long have your symptoms started? Could you be eating other things like nuts when you were drinking alcoholic or orange juice?
If your symptoms are very bad, go and consult a doctor!
