Last week, I ate hot peppers, went to visit a friend who had birds, and laundered my cloths maybe using too much powder. The next day I started itching all over. I slept through the night and woke up to itching again with a few hives on my face.

What is going on?
Has anyone had this happen to them?

I have woken up suddenly with hives before and that was the onset of my chronic urticaria. Maybe you might want to eliminate the stuffs that you mentioned and then see if you improve. Then come in contact with the stuffs one by one and see if any are really causing you trouble. You can take an antihistamine or benadryl to help with the itching and hives. If it doesn't go away within weeks, and it's really bad, it's best to consult with a dermatologist or allergist. good luck! :angel:
