Since July, I've getting tingling in arms and legs. Bouts with dizziness. And stiff muscles.

Can Stress and Anxiety cause this.

Anxiety can cause those things, but go to your doctor who can tell you for sure. Your mind is a funny thing and it can cause lots of different side effects. However, it is important to rule other things out.

JMG- YES stress and anxiety can cause this! it is amazing what these two things can do to a person! Some people end up in the hospital with chest pains, tingling down their left arm, etc..thinking they're having a heart attack, when it is only anxiety! I agree with lexd though, that if it continues you should get checked out to rule out anything else. Good luck
