I myself am not sure of any foundations that offer moisturizing, but maybe try a tinted moisturizer? Neutrogena's is pretty good, although sometimes it can be a bit runny. Burt's Bees tinted moisturizer is good (I know I mention this line a lot, but I'm addicted to their line).

Cover Girl 'smoothers' is the best. It comes in a sqeezable tube (decent size,) is a fair price (6 bucks) and has sunscreen plus it's oil free. The lotion is light but gets the job done and the tint is enough to cover up blotches and small pimples. It comes in 3 shades: light - medium - dark. I've been using it for two years now and I have acne and it even gives me enough coverage to keep me happy while letting my skin breath. Top it off with a loose powder and you shouldn't need anything else on your face :)

one last thing - if you're skin is noticeably dry, you might want to even try a lotion before applying a tinted moisterizer. Oil of Olay is such a good brand, only thing is they're a tad expensive. My tanning and excessive washing was too much for my skin though so the product was worth it to me because I wasn't about to walk around with flaky skin.

Jojoba oil works great under foundation and doesn't clog pores.

You can always add a little foundation to a good moisturizer. It gives you the tinted effect. Just get one of those cheap foundation will do. I use it that way and it doesn't have that cakey uneven effect like when you use a foundation alone.

Hmmm If you have the $ to try and splurge a bit, Clinique's Dramaticaly Different Moisturizing lotion is really good stuff! I was going to start a thread on just this product alone--It is pretty good--and I got my first one as a sample when I bought something else. It is very spreadable so you only need a little and with very dry skin, I think it would be good, they can also formulate it to fit your specific skin type, so it isn't like going to a drug store and just buying something over the counter and hoping it works! Also, I had a very bad sinus infection so the skin around and under my nose looked like an alligator's--It was awful! So, I used some of their lotion on my nose and it has healed up drastically! Since it is fragrance free, you can mix it w/ stuff and not get a bad smell and I even use it on my eye lids sometimes (I have to be careful about using it too much as my skin's oilier) but, it acts as a cream or holder for my eyeshadow and my makeup stays on real well when I put some on my eyelid. I think a big tube of it would last you a long time!
This lotion though is meant to be used in conjunction as part of their 3-step skincare system. You use the soap for your face, formulated for your skin and a toner/lotion, then the last step is the Moisturizing lotion. If I use this everyday I don't break out! Maybe try the lotion to use in spurts for the drier areas of your skin?
Hope this helps!

I teach skin care as my career. The best thing to do for moisture, is to cleanse, tone, and moisturize every morning and night. But, in the morning, put your foundation on after the moisturizer. You will be amazed at the results. I prefer to use an oil free foundation since i do get plenty of moisture from the regular moisturizing and do not want to overload! Hope this helps!
