I don't know if I have ADD or not but I just realized I've always had major concentration problems ...just never really hit me until now.
Where I am at they have a psychological center with psychologists and such for things like depression etc. or a more clinical type place for eye exams, x-rays, etc. My question is where should I go to discuss this problem?

I would start with my fam dr. He or she should recomend the most correct path for you to take.
