Well since I started doing irrigation (5 days ago) my ears hurt. After I irrigate they hurt because I blow my nose... and now they are hurting everyday. Am I doing something wrong with the irrigation???? Please help!!!!

You do not say how you are doing your nasal irragations, but just maybe you are being too aggressive! You must be getting the water into the ear canal somehow.

I'm using the nasocleanse, it's like a neti pot. I bought it in walgreens...
My ears feel congested, and they are worse since I started the irrigation... so I didn't do it yesterday :(

It shouldn't give you problems in your ear. Sounds to me like something is not right or you aren' doing the irrigation right. When you irrigate do you blow out of your nose or do you just let the water go through your sinus's? After you are donw do you blow your nose to get all the water out or do you let it come out on it's on? I'd let the water come out on it's on and not blow your nose so much. and if you need to blow your nose wait till you get all the water out of your sinus's before you blow. If there is still water up in your sinus's you may be blowing water into your Eustachian tube. Get all the water out by moving your head around in different positiins to drain.

If your ears keep bothering you go see an ENT.
