Can some food allergies be causing sinus problems, any comments anyone?

I have found that after I eat certain foods I get some pressure. Not all my food allergies repesent in the usual way. One thing I am allergic to is mold and certain foods like raw onions and feta cheese set me off just as if I have inhaled the mold. I get a bad pressure headache and feel some sinus congestion.

Actually, these symptoms seem like TMJ since you get it right after you eat/use your jaw. Sometimes the symptoms of dizziness/allergy problems can come from TMJ. I'd go to the TMJ board and just ask them their opinion. See an ENT to rule out TMJ and see if this is in fact just allergy problems.

Hmm...I get worse pressure after eating at times, too. I always attirbuted this to the muscles already being tired from the constant pressure made even worse after chewing but I have read up on TMJ and I have a lot of those symptoms as well...oy!
