It's not HIV; you could get some antibodies from a transfusion, but not the virus, because it lives in your nerves, not your blood, and breaks out on your skin. It is possible but unlikely to get it from someone who has ob's on his/her finger or some other exposed area. But as internet! said, mostly people get it from kissing or sex.
