I see women/girls come into my shop all the time with lipstick on that looks like it's just real pale frosted but doesn't look as shiny as lipgloss.Can someone tell me what it is?

its lipgloss....i bought some the other day, trying to get a really nice pink n bought this by mistake,....i really hate it, makes me look dead lol

It's "matte lipstick" i think it looks really cute in the summer when your tanner but the matte look really does wash you out and make you look dead if your not bronzed!
