I had hemorrhoid months back, ever since then I eat a lot of fiber, drink a lot of water, etc... the whole works!! I never strain anymore other than the natural boost when you have the feeling on the toilet. Anyhow, even after all this sometimes the hemorrhoids come back, there is blood, etc.. I don't know what to do... I have to take the suppositories and it goes away temporarily, but then if I have a big bowl movement, it will come back. Is this normal? Are my bowels to big that irritate the anus? Please give your feeback!!

Is it a hemorrhoid for sure? Might be a fissure. Try using baby wipes instead of toilet paper, and using some stool softener and see if it clears up.
