In a previous post, I was asking about teeth whitening and which everyone liked best. I had a lot of people say they liked Crest White Strips. A friend of mine told me that they really only work if you smoke and get rid of the stains from smoking. I don't smoke, so I was wondering if other people have had good responses with them that don't smoke.

Game over. I had to accept the fact that in life some women are simply better and no amount of shoes or lack of pastry or making of pies will change that. I will never be the woman with the perfect hair who can wear white and not spill on it and chair committees and write thank you notes. And I can't feel bad about that.

OK I am a smoker and do use the Crest White strips, and they do work great! But the answer your question, i also bought the Creast White Strips for my mother who is not a smoker and they worked great for her as well. Give it a try! A white smile is a beautiful thing!!!!

I agree... I am a smoker and I use the Crest Strips and they work great. People ask me how my teeth are so white. The only complaint I have is that sometimes my teeth hurt, but the box said it's not unusual and it's temporary. I use them once every couple months with Rembrandt whitening toothpaste.
