I would like to know if my mom or i at high risk for breast cancer,because my grandmother passed away from it.Please let me know

Your chances are very small but the risk is still there. Most women with breast cancer, like 85%, do not have family history. No one really knows why one gets breast ca and another doesn't. Even if there is family history, just check more aggressively with mammograms and self examination.
I am also scared cause I lost an aunt(mother side) to breast ca at age 35. There was no family history at all. She had none of the risk factors that is commonly listed for brest ca. So no one knows who will get it or not.
