What kinds of leaves in the salad makes your stools very watery and irritate your anus when you go to the bathroom?

I always ask the waiter to check and see if the salad is served frm a package.......if so, it usually has sulphites in it........to preserve its freshness.....those sulphites will tear your stomach up !!!!!!!!
