It seems my skin has become VERY easily irritated lately. I'm going back to Wal-Mart tonight to take back, yet, another cleanser that made my face sting.
My question for you is, what some skin care lines that you've had success with?
I'm willing to splurge for department store brands, but which one?!?!?
Please help me out before it's too late.
Just to add here are a few products that I've not had any luck with:
Olay Foaming Face Wash, Sensitive Skin
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Burt's Bees Wild Lettuce Complexion Soap, for Dry and Sensitive Skin (Worked well at first, but became too drying!)

I use PrairieLand Herbs' shampoo soap as a face wash.. I use the Tea Tree and Mint kind.. It tingles, but doesn't really sting, and my face feels really clean and nice afterwards (although it usually needs just a little tiny bit of lotion).. It was too oily to use on my baby-fine hair, but works great on the face and body. I don't think you can find it in any stores though, I had to go online. The lotion I use is the cetaphil brand...I've never tried their facewash. I've always liked their lotion tho.. One of the few kinds that can keep me moisturized all day in the colorado dryness. Its tough having sensitive skin, I know.. I also have metal allergies and get rashes from anything but gold or silver touching my skin.. Even the buttons on my jeans sometimes give me a rash! Ugh. Good luck to you!

hello how are you .I have the fix for you my wife had the same problem. ok go to burdines the name of the face soap is clinique and make sure you get the right one for your skin type and don't let anyone else use your soap because they can put germs on your bar of soap and make sure you get the one that comes with the plastic soap holder good luck and also make sure that you only use this soap on your face nothing else and lotion or other products that you might wanna use make sure it has sayltic acid and always oil frree

I have hypersensitive skin. I use cetaphil to cleanse which is gentle and never needed a moisturizer until recently. So I tried cetaphil face moisturizer but broke out in a rash. Then tried oil of olay - rash, Nutroena - rash, Eucerin - rash, and Nivea Q10 cream for wrinkles - no rash! In fact, in plumps my skin and keeps in moist without making it oily. No irritation whatsoever.

After reading the post about the Nivea Q10, I tried what I have (Nivea Q10 for eyes) and I'm happy with the result. No breakouts and it seems to be smoothing the bumps that was there before.
Thank you!
