Yes, you could still get HIV from the precum which possibly oozed out into you, since that is something that's uncontrollable.

Absolutely there is an HIV risk. This is partly due to the pre-ejaculate, as everyone has mentioned. But even without pre-ejaculate, there is still a chance of HIV infection. Because your mucous membranes were in contact (his urethra, your vagina).
