Is it possible? I know we sort of tried it...but he didn't go in all the way (sorry to be graphic). The next day I had blood in my stools which I rarely have. Has anyone asked their doctor? I'm assuming the answer would be of course...don't do it.

well I can't speak from experience, but I do know that anal sex can aggravate hemroids and cause fissures, the latter being very difficult to get rid of.

Just out of practicality, you may want to stick with more traditional forms of intercourse. Hemroids can be removed, but the procedure is painful, and the recovery is tough.

Thanks for the response. What are fissures?

Fissures are tears in the anal folds, both externally and internally. They can possibly lead to infection, abscesses and possibly fistulas (which is where the abscess infection finds a way out either burrowing through to the the skin or to another organ, sometimes through the vagina)

Seems a lot of suffering on your part for something that's not necessary (although that statement could be challenged by some)....

To me, there wouldn't even be a discussion about this one. But, if you have the need, you pay the consequences (some of which could be a life-long). Ultimately, it's your decision...now, it's an educated one.

SunshineAhead - I'm not an expert, but from what I've read on the subject, infected fissures, absesses and the like are very rare. My suggestion is that use google or another search engine to become eductated. Check under the phrase "dangers of anal sex". You should be able to find a lot of information. Good luck!

I certainly agree with the other advice--- Don't go there. The cosequences are not good!!!
