Do any of you with "dry eyes" take "diuretics" for a medical condition? If so, did stopping the diuretic help relieve the dry eyes?

I recently stopped taking a diuretic for bloodpressure to see if it would help the dry eyes and I believe it is helping. I also keep close watch on my bloodpressure and so far it is holding.

My thought was that if diuretics rid the body of excess fluids then it may be removing too much moisture from the eyes in the process.

never had any experince with with this issue.
It does sound painful
