How long should I wait to have sex after biopsy.

When you say biopsy I'm assuming you don't mean a cone biopsy because I'm not sure of the wait for that one. My doctor told me to wait 24 hours before having sex, using tampons, etc. I waited almost a week though since I had light bleeding for 3 days. Hope this helps.
