Hi everyone. I posted here once before. I am not diabetic. I have a strong history of it in my family. Had gestational diabetes on which I took insulin twice a day. Now 8 mos later... I have Graves Disease/Hyperthyroid. The ultrasound looked like I had PCOS, but they thought it may be the hyperthyroid making it look like I did.

For the heck of it I was testing my fasting sugar randomly.
the results were: 120,117,111, 113, 108, 93, 98, 102. It varies. After I eat though my sugar is normal. Usually in the 90's. There are times too now that I start to feel hypoglycemic. (the way I did if I didn't eat when I was on insulin) I would get sudden sweating, feel really dizzy and sick to my stomach. Thats about 2 hrs after eating the last meal! I eat and I am ok.

I was just wondering what anyone's opinion is. I got a test through my doc and it came back 100. (fasting)

Thanks everyone.

What about asking your doctor for an Oral Glucose Challenge Test? That way you could see what your sugar is 2-3 hrs after the glucose. You would be able to see what your sugar has dropped to.

Next time your sugar feels like it is low, if you have the machine check your sugar and see what it is.

From what your saying it sounds like your sugar is dropping.
Do you know this saying?
" Cold and Clammy need some candy" for hypoglycemia
"Hot and Dry sugar High" Hyperglycemia
