I am having problems with flagyl with side effects. Would olive leaf extract work as good as that for bacteria vaginitis. I dont; want more candida problems. Adivise please!

If you are having problems with flagyl side effects update the docs office and have them prescribe something else for you. You need to get this treated and the best way is with medication.

I think you probably need an antibiotic for a bacterial infection. I don't think olive leaf extract will do it.

Grapefruit seed extract is better than olive leaf extract (unprocessed of course). It also depends on which kind of grapefruit’s the seeds are extracted from (there are many different types of grapefruits). As for prescription drugs I would recommend Albendazole (brand name Albendza). It may cost a little more than the other prescription drugs but as far as I know it’s one of the safest and most effective medications. Raw garlic is also good at killing unwanted organisms but you definitely want to replace the good bacteria in your body (especially Bifidus and Acidophilus).

Doc took me off flagyl and did not prescribe anything else. Hmm!
