I think I'm going crazy! I'm a nurse, so I'm used to alot of stress at work and am able to brush it off, but yesterday at work, I cried because I got an admission and got all mad at all the other nurses for not helping me out!! (But I'm used to that too, haha). Anyway, this is our 2nd month ttc and I ovulated on Oct 28 and had baby sex all that week before and day of ovulation. Now it's 5 dpo and I'm moody, temp 99.0, gained 3 pounds this month, nose bleeding when I pick it (haha), blue veins on my boobs (I think I've always had those though, just never paid much attention to them), have been feeling jerky feelings at my uterus area, nauseated today (I know, too early for this), hpt was negative today (I'm sorry, I caved in!). Does this sound promising or am I just really going nuts? :rolleyes:

sometimes we have what they call pseudo pregnancies...what that is...is that we want to be pregnant so bad that our minds start making our bodies believe this...and we start feeling "symptoms" not to be a downer but that's exactly what happened to me last month...it happens alot and it is very depressing....(Ladies help me out if you have a better explanation). You still have some time to find out u can't test until AF is at least one day late. Some people say the first response test works so maybe you can use that 3 days before AF is due. I wish you lots of luck and keep us posted when you find out

It's so hard, I've been online looking at hpt by the dozen (then I can test everyday!!!!yeaaa!). I'm so stupid....it's always BFN, I'm just addicted. I knew that it was gonna be neg today, but just had a couple tests laying around and I be danged if I didn't cave in. Also, I was cooking supper tonight, my favorite (fried pork chops and cream potatoes with yeast rolls) and couldn't hardly eat b/c I was so nauseated. I think I have a UTI too, my husband says, well maybe that's an early sign of pregnancy, and I reassured him that it was probably from all the sex!!! haha. Anyway, I love this message board, I can always obsess here, my husband doesn't listen to my obsessions, he thinks I'm trying too hard. Anyways, just venting..........I'll keep you posted on anymore symptoms that I'm getting and also definitely any tests results I get. Anyone else having any early symptoms that we can obsess about? :jester:

I'm in the same boat as you!!! I'm crazy obsessing...I have been TTC for 3 months now and everytime I feel "different" I contribute it to an early pregnancy symptom...silly, I know. But I just got off my period on Monday and that day and yesterday I was VERY nauseated...loss of appetite, etc. I was convinced it was an early pregnancy symptom...but I'm sure it's not. But I bought some HPT online that says they can detect Hcg 6-7 days AFTER conception...that's what I call a prego test!!! So...I'm sure they are not very accurate...but I'm still going to try it!

CuriousinFL--I will keep ya posted, when is af due for you again? Mine is due Nov 11, and every month is always on time. Haven't been on bcp in 2 years, I got off b/c I smoke cigarettes and we just used condoms since I got off. Sometimes I have pms and sometimes not, so I don't know if these symptoms are just pms, who knows........guess I'll know next week!!! My husband swears up and down that I'm pregnant. My dog is acting kind of crazy too this week, always wanting to be by my side and she's never like that--she's a daddy's girl. How are you feeling?

I am glad I am not the only one that does this! I have only been trying for a couple of months...but I could have sworn I was pregnant each time! All of a sudden I had all these "symptoms" I have never had before...likely I did, just didn't notice it then. Even after I had a majorly heavy period, thought...hmm maybe just implantation bleeding. Not. I hope this gets better for us after awhile! Actually, hopefully we'll all become pregnant for real, and not have to go through this torture every month! A friend of mine tried for 18 months before she got pregnant...can't imagine what she went through all that time.

:wave: Don't feel bad ladies...I LOVE TO OBSESS TOO....thank goodness for boards like this....so at least we can see how other women love to obsess and were not the only ones...lol :D

HAHAHA. We are all alike. I do not even tell my hubby how many symptoms I think I have each month cause he would know I was obssessed. HAHA Last month I made my nipples sooo sore on accident by touching them to much to see if they were sore. hahahahah You know sore nipples is a big symptom cause I NEVER have sore boobs or anything before af. I am so happy to have came across this board. You ladies are the best. :bouncing:
