I'm new here and am not too sure how to go about this, but I also have been diagnosed bi-polar for 13 years and it just never really gets any better. Even with meds I feel like I'm coming apart at the seams and just need someone who understands to talk to. Thnaks to all that listen!

Hi There your not alone, there are alot of people that feel like there coming apart at times. the purpuse of this Board is to help each other with our problems.I hope I can help.
