View Full Version : Small internal hem...

I have a small internal hem. The doctor says it's too small to do anything about it, yet I think it's actually pretty big and I want to get rid of it. I have been eating a fiber breakfast which has helped but it's still there.

Any ideas on what I could do to my diet/day/etc to make this go away?

Also I will be traveling soon, and can't take my fiber breakfast with me obviously. The breakfast has something like 18g of fiber, which would be like 7 pills of metamucil...I don't want to take tons and tons of pills everyday while I am traveling. Is there some really good fiber source -- a big pill or something -- that would give me a lot of fiber in a small dosage/without much work?

Thanks.
