Hey guys does your temp dip a little low right before ovulation? Then After ovulation is spikes up correct? I think I am right but I just want to be sure. lol THANKS!!! BABY DUST TO US ALL

Rach, I know everyone is different, but my temps do go down before spiking up during ovulation. Keep us posted!

Yup, it dips then the next day spikes up by quite a bit. Goodluck...we are pretty close I think in our cycles so we'll have to keep each other informed. Did yours drop and spike yet? Goodluck to all of us TTC-ers this month!
P.S. I had posts on here about all this BBT-ing stuff and I remember someone saying the dip means you have ovulated so you should BD a day or so before and continue for a few more days following the dip...thats why they say you should chart for 3 months to predict when you will dip and time your BD-ing around it....but I could be wrong, maybe read up some of my posts on that to see.
P.S. The dip can come right before ovulation. Only the spike in temperatures means that you have ovulated - a consistent spike for a few days. Not everyone has a dip though. It is nice if you do though because hten when you see that dip you can really go at it because you know you are right before ovulation generally.

Hey well I am back from my trip. I am supposed to get AF here in a few days so who knows. My temps have been diffrent from traveling and time change from overseas to the states and back.
