I wrote earlier today, but have getting lower and lower all day! I feel like I can't do anything-the air is too heavy and I have no energy. I'm raising 2 grandchildren (9 & 11) and there's always so much to do around here; tonight I put them to bed with the first thing we could find for them to eat. I wander around the house and see alot of things that need doing, but I just can't. I'm also diabetic; that doesn't help much either, but I take my meds and do all the things my doctor tells me. I don't have anybody to talk to about how I feel (my husband is a lousy listener!). I guess knowing there are all of you out there just like me helps some; I'm not alone with this anymore.

My heart goes out to you, Nonny. It must be really rough raising your 2 young grandchildren.
Do you ever take some time for just you? Like even reading for half an hour at night?
Sorry to hear your husband is a poor listener. I know what that's like.
Well, I'm here and I'm listening.
Please try to keep the faith. Glad to hear you're following doc's orders--very wise.
Take care now.

Thanx so much for your support!!! Knowing there are others helps! I've always felt like I was alone with this! I'm 52 also and also always overweight; sounds like maybe it goes with the bi-polar?! Yes, I often read or crochet or find something to keep me busy; my mind never stops swirling so I try to keep busy to avoid all the "white noise" in my head. Thanx again! Nonny6
