Have not used it yet. Hopefully it creates super shine without weighing down hair. That is why I bought it.
Another really inexpensive type is called Loreal Smoothing Serum. It comes in an orange pump bottle and ranges from about $5.50 to $6.50. Tell me what yall think! Also the smell is sexy!

I use the L'oreal one and I like it a lot. I think its full name is Smooth Intense Taming Serum. It's extremely similar to L'oreal's high end line Kerastase, in particular Kerastase Oleo-Relax serum. For under $10, this serum is a winner. It really smooths down my frizzes and damaged areas before I blow dry!

Yeah it reminds me of Biosilk without the alcohol or over powering stench.

Hey have you all had problems with Biosilk?? when i got my hair cut my hairdresser was like "it feels like there is a layer of PLASTIC over your hair!" and used lots of clarifying shampoo... then my hair was INCREDIBLY soft!! it felt so dry before... so does anybody think Biosilk has too much buildup that makes your hair feel nasty?

Yes, yes yes!!! I was just raving about the Chi Silk Infusion in another post. I haven't tried the Loreal one yet but next time I go to Walmart I'm going to buy it and compare the two.
