ok i no this is a pretty pointless qu. but i was just wondering - the other day i noticed i could see my heart beating in my stomach, why?

I have to noticed that my my heart beat is in my stomach also, and i don't know why that is. Here i thought that i was the only one that was like that. Interesting.......
