OK, I was wondering if monthly cycles cause a spike in BP. And can it be because of the hormone changes during this time?

Mine is more unstable at that time of the month.

I was beginning to think no ladies were going to talk about this!! LOL Anyway, yes mine seems to go out of wack at that time too. I have always been irregular and the few weeks before, my BP goes wacko!!!

I don't know...my GP thinks I'm getting carried away with why I feel this (BP) is so out of control.
