Hello everyone,
Hope we are all at least having an "okay" day. I was just wondering how many people out there are seeing, or have seen, a therapist of some sort to help deal with their new "lives" and the new "me". I've been considering mentioning it to my dr. but am unclear as to how much help this might be. I've been feeling a little guilty, especially towards my employers, my family, my boyfriend and my friends. They are all used to the energetic person who gave 110%, was never home, was always out and about and up for everything. I'm finding it hard to get used to this and at times feel like I'm going crazy.
Any replies or other suggestions are greatly appreciated.

YES! GET HELP! I'm not saying it like that because I don't think you can do it on your own, I'm saying it because you shouldn't have to do it on your own. Mention it to your doctor and maybe he/she can recommend someone good. If not see who is covered by your insurance plan. It has helped me in so many ways that I NEVER even thought were possible! Good Luck and God Bless!

Thanks Maggie! I think I'll speak to him next time I see him.
