I was reading on the internet about hemorroids, and one of the websites indicated that hemorroids might be an indication of colon cancer. Is this true, or not? The reason I looked on the internet is because today I noticed a blue bump about a 1/4 inch inside the anus. Is this hemorroids?

I have two more things to ask/add. What are the best treatments for one. I also wanted to add that my anus has been more itchy lately.
