For the past three days now I have been having bad stomach cramps and have had to spend at least 3 to 4 hours a day sitting on the toilet.
I have never had any stomach problems before one morning three days ago, when I awoke with this horrible stomach ache that I can't get rid of and this constant need to open my bowels, necessitating me spending longer periods sitting on the toilet.
I have not vomited and don't feel nauseous, but my stomach hurts all the time at the moment. I am not constipated and my stools are very soft and very pale, but I just have this constant desire to keep opening my bowels. I don't feel like eating a lot at the moment, but when I do I again have to go and sit on the toilet for a BM within 30 mins of eating.
Can anyone help and tell me what is wrong with my stomach? I would appreciate it as I am getting fed up with having to sit on the toilet for 30 mins at a time and also with this constant stomach ache that won't go away.
Thanks

Most likely you have an "intestinal bug" and it will take time for you to get over it.
Eat soft foods, drink plenty of water. Let tummy rest
as much as you can by maybe drinking 7-Up and eating crackers.
If this continues, see a doctor.
