View Full Version : Harry, I have a question for you

Harry, well at your advice I started taking Metamucel. I have only been taking them for 2-3 days, and have already noticed a huge change in the volume and consistency of my stool. I have noticed Mucus, but like you said in a previous post that is normal when starting a colon cleansing program. Here is my question.
IN my stool I notice that my stool is softer and smoother, but there appears to be areas that are harder. In fact while WEARING GLOVES I felt a stool, and noticed areas of my stool that are harder than the others. Is this normal? What would cause this?

Thanks

Lawman,
I have seen some of your messages and wondered how you were doing???

Yes--- its very normal to have the consistence of your stool be different until your entire intestines are cleaned and functioning properly with stools that contain fluid. Because of lack of fiber in the foods we eat the stool will be very different.

Once you have been on a good diet with adequate fiber your stools will be the same almost daily. You are probably in a cleaning phase right now. As you know you have about 28 feet of intestines that all has to work properly to have gentle --smooth BMs.

God Bless----Harry
